The Build

This ambitious landscape project began in 2025 and is being carefully delivered over a two-year period, allowing every stage of the build to be completed with absolute precision. The initial months focused heavily on the extensive groundwork and infrastructure required to support the scale of the transformation.

Works completed so far include full site clearance, three-phase electrical installation, specialist brickwork repointing, acoustic fencing installation, tree surgery, borehole works and extensive landscaping preparation. The site has already been transformed with the introduction of a substantial bespoke pond, a custom-built orchard and over 420 metres of chestnut post and rail fencing, creating structure and definition across the estate.

Every aspect of the project is being managed and delivered by the Birchlake team on a daily basis, ensuring consistency, craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail throughout every phase of the build.

The Result

Once complete, the property will feature a series of luxurious and tranquil outdoor living spaces designed to flow seamlessly throughout the landscape. The masterplan includes multiple aquatic features, a bespoke kitchen garden complete with a traditional greenhouse, and a fully functioning outdoor kitchen and entertaining area designed for year-round use.

Hand-selected natural stone from London Stone will be used throughout the pathways and paving areas, connecting carefully curated garden zones that each offer their own unique atmosphere and purpose. The finished result will be a private countryside retreat that combines luxury landscaping, practical outdoor living and timeless garden design into one cohesive and breathtaking environment.
